Description:
BF1181 is a galvanic isolated single channel gate driver for SIC MOSFETs and IGBTs.The complementary inputs compatible with 5V signals and could be directly connected to a microcontroller.For output,drive peak current up to±8A.BF1181 provides several functions,such as desaturation protection,input and output side power supply UVLO,fault reporting,active Miller clamping and analog voltage sampling,which make the system operating safety and simplifying the system design.
