DBC can be made thinner, less thermal resistance and better heat dissipation in the case of constant intensity requirements. In order to adapt to the complex automotive application environment at the same time, the module framework adopts PPS material with better performance, higher temperature resistance, not easily deformed, higher corrosion resistance.
