Introduction:

The SIC single-tube series offers products with 750 V and 1200 V voltage levels and 35 mΩ-160mΩ on-resistance range. Our 750 V MOSFET family optimizes switching performance at high current and low capacitance for a wide variety of industrial applications including servers, telecom equipment, motor drives and etc. The 1200V MOSFET family is suitable for industrial and automotive applications such as vehicle chargers/PFC, auxiliary inverters and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). Compared with silicon-based discrete devices, the efficiency is improved, space is saved, weight is reduced, the number of parts is reduced, and system reliability is enhanced.
